My Jeep GOT STUCK! Elephant Safari at Minneriya National Park, Sri Lanka. 🇱🇰

Out of all the Jeeps in all of Sri Lanka, it had to be my Jeep that got stuck in a stream. Despite this hiccup I did enjoy a nice couple of hours in Minneriya National Park where hundreds of wild elephants live.

Minneriya National Park is located in Habarana and is very close to Sigiriya. It would also easily be accessible from Dambulla or Polonnaruwa.

I went for the 2 hours before sunset, and as you can see from the video there were a lot of Jeeps at that time. You could try to go earlier but then you're in the baking sun for 2 hours.

More vlogs are coming from me soon, so go to my YouTube Channel and subscribe if you want to see more.

  1. Of all the jeeps,in all the towns,in all of Srilanka, it had to be your jeep. Sorry Dale, I've got to say that I couldn't stop laughing when you had to walk in the water, elephants were cleaner Haha. Joke to aside, shared in Facebook and so good to watch your videos. Try Kandalama hotel. I've heard that the infinity pool looks amazing. That's in my list of places to visit.

    1. Thanks. The Kandalama Hotel I've saved in my Google Maps for a reminder for future trips. :)

    2. Yes your videos are pretty interesting, pause in between instead of rattling off at random would make them more hospitable.
