Do you think you'll be able to get enough money playing poker to pay for everything? You'll need to play quite high stakes to get a decent hourly rate, considering that you won't spend all time just playing poker (then travelling would have no sense).
It also seems a bit stresful having to travel so frequently, having each time to look for hotels, plane tickets, etc. Something like 12/24 months, 12/24 countries seems more reasonable.
Just heard you on the pokercast. I'm a Dutch pokerplayer living in Salvador da Bahia, Brasil (Scottish grandfather by the way). I saw that Brasil was also on your provisional list of countries to visit. I have a few rental apartments with broadband internet access. If the places aren't rented out I could offer you a place to crash for a few days or a week or so, free of charge. Let me know if you're interested and we can work out the details!
Awesome project.
ReplyDeleteSo sick.
